The whole point of the Easy Site Manager is to allow you to manage your website yourself! You need no skills what-so-ever. If you can use Word then you can build, edit and maintain your website using the ESM.
Here's a brief example. Say you want to edit the text on your 'Contact Us' page... you simply go to your website, go to the admin login page, fill in your password, navigate to the Contact Us page, load up the editor, change the text and click on SUBMIT! Features of the Easy Site Manager include:
The password protected control panel, allows the site administrator to login and change virtually anything and everything on the site. Full access is given to statistics, page content, image upload, mailing list, site settings and more.
We have designed a WYSIWYG HTML Page Editor that allows the administrator to format the design of the page they are editing such as the about us page. You can upload images directly into the page, change text styles, add links, add text, etc. It's as easy as typing. If you can use Microsoft Word you can use our editor!
The site can hold an unlimited number of pages. You can create pages, sub-pages, sub-pages to those pages etc. For example: information about the company, staff, contact details, etc all of which is fully controllable from within the site control panel.
Each page on the site has a newsletter signup form with first name, last name, email address and mail format to be completed. This gives the users of the site the ability to opt in to the mailing list for the website which is all stored within the secure database.
Statistics are provided in the site control panel. Get instant feedback on how your visitors are using your site.
The image upload feature allows the site administrator to upload any number of pictures to the website. The process of uploading the picture onto the site is really easy and it's just like adding an attachment to an email.
A neat little feature to allow visitors to print details directly from the website. This feature can save time and energy instead of having to copy and paste the text from the website.
Another neat little feature to allow visitors to send a link to a friends email address to let them know what they've found on the site.
The newsletter manager allows the site administrator to view subscribers to the newsletter, purge unverified email address, view statistics on monthly signups, send html or plain text emails and review the previously sent newsletters.
A number of site settings can be edited from within the site control panel, such as defaults, mail settings, page formats, etc. These settings are used in all sections of the site and loaded up from the database for use throughout the site. |
