A POP3 email accounts are customizable email accounts that allows domain owners to set up email addresses using any domain name they own such as admin@yourdomain.com or info@yourdomain.com. A POP3 email account allows you to give out a professional looking email address to clients or visitors without having to give a free or personal email address such as your hotmail, aol or yahoo address.

First and foremost you must have a registered domain name. If you don't have one you can click here to register one through us. Once you have a domain name you should click here to order your account. You must let us know what your domain name is and what user accounts you would like ie info@ sales@ john@ etc etc. We then create the accounts on the mail server and then contact you to let you know what your login details are to collect your mail from the mail server.
When someone sends you an email to one of your accounts you have specified above the email will stay on the mail server until it is 'downloaded' onto your computer or you read it via webmail. You must have email software on your computer if you want to download the email onto your computer. The next FAQ deals with that.
Most Windows computers who have Microsoft Office installed will by default have either Outlook or Outlook Express installed on their system. (If you don't have either of these there is other software you can use. Please contact us for further info). It is important to have the email software on your computer so that it can connect to the mail server to download the email so that you can read it. Using your email program, once you have downloaded the email you can reply to it, do a 'send and receive' and the email will go to the mail server and then make it's way to your intended reader!
Yes we do, we will give you a unique link to go to as well as your username and passwords so that you can check your email from a computer that has internet access whilst you are on the road.
It depends what package you have with us but generally if you always download the email to your computer you will never need to worry about space. By default however it is usually 5Mb. Please contact us if you require more.
